Cuando el ciudadano que ha perdido la cédula pida su cancelación por haber variado de vecindad y la petición no se haga personalmente ante el Jurado que expidió, debe enviarse yen el memorial de solicitud la impresión digital del pulgar derecho del interesado, tomada en cada Municipio por el correspondiente empleado de la Alcaldía.
