° Terminados los avalúos, el Centro Mixto de Salud, como propietario de los terrenos transferidos por la Nación, abrirá la venta de lotes, que tendrá lugar sin licitación pública. Cada predio parcial se venderá a su ocupante, por avalúo qué se le hubiere asignado y las ventas se efectuarán preferentemente de contado. En casos excepcionales, para una parte o el total del valor del lote, podrá otorgarse un plazo prudencial, mediante intereses del .6 por 100 anual, garantizado todo con hipoteca suficiente sobre el mismo lote u otra finca y sus mejoras.
