Si la Sociedad de Cirugía quisiere continuar encargada de la construcción de la obra hasta su terminación, con arreglo a los planos que ella posee, le será confiada. En este caso dicha Sociedad no estará sujeta a las disposiciones del Código Fiscal, sino en lo que mira a la rendición y comprobación de las respectivas cuentas.
