Evaluación y Clasificación para Ascenso. Los Suboficiales a que se refiere el artículo anterior serán evaluados y clasificados como Suboficiales alumnos conforme lo estipula el Reglamento de Evaluación y Clasificación para el Personal de las Fuerzas Militares, y podrán ascender dentro del escalafón de Suboficiales durante su permanencia en las escuelas militares. En el evento que el Suboficial no alcance los logros para ascender a Oficial, retornara al escalafón de Suboficiales, por término de comisión.
