Para efectos del artículo anterior los candidatos deberán inscribirse con un (1) mes de anticipación a la fecha de la elección, ante la Secretaría General del Fondo de Previsión Social de Notariado y Registro mediante comunicación escrita. La inscripción para La primera elección deberá hacerse ante la Secretaría General de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro.
