Apruébase la reforma parcial de los Estatutos Sociales de la Financiera Energética Nacional S.A. -FEN- adoptada por la Asamblea General Ordinaria de Accionistas de dicha entidad, en la sesión celebrada el 21 de marzo de 1996, según consta en el Acta número 26, cuyo texto es el siguiente: " Artículo 11 . Capital autorizado. El capital autorizado de la FEN es de $450.000.000.000 moneda legal colombiana, dividido en 4.500.000 acciones con un valor nominal de $100.000 cada una".
