Para deliberar las Juntas Administradoras Locales requerirán la presencia de por lo menos la cuarta parte de sus miembros. Para decidir es necesaria la asistencia de la mayoría de sus integrantes. Sus decisiones se tomarán con el voto favorable de la mayoría de los asistentes.
