Horario de movilización . La movilización de ganado mayor en todo el territorio nacional solo se podrá realizar dentro de los horarios establecidos por la autoridad competente, la cual tendrá en cuenta como criterio orientador, para el ejercicio de esta función, las circunstancias de seguridad y orden público que se presenten en las diferentes zonas del territorio nacional.
