Las mujeres a quienes se les restituya o formalice predios en los términos de la presente ley tendrán prioridad en la aplicación de los beneficios a que se refiere la Ley 731 de 2002, en materia de crédito, adjudicación de tierras, garantías, seguridad social, educación, capacitación y recreación, subsidio familiar, planes y programas de reforestación, y jornadas de cedulación.
