Competencia. Si los procesos estuvieren sometidos a diversas competencias penales, la acumulación será decretada por el Juez de mayor jerarquía. Si fueren de la misma competencia, la decretará el Juez del proceso en que primero se hubiere contestado la acusación. De los procesos acumulados conocerás quien la hubiere decretado.
