Artículo décimo. El Ministerio del Trabajo, por conducto del Departamento Nacional del Trabajo, ejercerá la supervigilancia de todas las agencias de empleos o colocaciones que funcionen en el país, ordenando las visitas e investigaciones que estime convenientes, y asimismo impondrá las sanciones que sean del caso, con sujeción a lo establecido en el artículo 10 del Decreto-ley 2318 de 1953.
