TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo séptimo. El Alcalde Mayor, dentro de los siete días siguientes al en que reciba un proyecto de acuerdo del Consejo Administrativo, debe sancionarlo o devolverlo con objeciones.

Si la objeción por inconstitucionalidad o ilegalidad, y el Consejo Administrativo la rechazare con el voto de la mayoría absoluta de la corporación, pasará el proyecto al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca. Si el Tribunal fallare que son fundadas las objeciones, se archivará el proyecto, y si encontrare que son infundadas, el Alcalde Mayor estará obligado a sancionarlo como acuerdo.

Si la objeción fuere de inconveniencia, y el Consejo Administrativo la declara infundada con el voto de la misma mayoría absoluta el Alcalde estará obligado a sancionar el proyecto como acuerdo.
