Art. 203. Cuando en algún Departamento, después de hecha la demarcación de Distritos electorales, quedare un grupo de población no incorporado en tales Distritos que exceda de doce mil quinientos habitantes, este grupo elegirá un Diputado más.

En los grupos de población a que se refiere este artículo y el anterior, habrá, para los efectos eleccionarios, los mismos empleados que en los Distritos electorales.
