Vigencia Y Derogatoria
Decreto 857 de 2014 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley Estatutaria 1621 del 17 de abril de 2013, “por medio de la cual se expiden normas para fortalecer el marco legal que permite a los organismos, que llevan a cabo actividades de inteligencia y contrainteligencia, cumplir con su misión constitucional y legal, y se dictan otras disposiciones”.
