° Del acto de elección se elevará el Acta respectiva que suscribirán quienes hayan intervenido en él y en la cual se deberá incluir el nombre completo de quien haya sido elegido, con su correspondiente identificación. Del acta en mención deberá enviarse copia auténtica al Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil, al Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, al Ministro de Obras Públicas y Transporte y al Liquidador de la Empresa Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia en Liquidación.
