supplements ley 1474/11

Adiciónese el parágrafo 3° al artículo 94 de la Ley 1474 de 2011, así:

Parágrafo 3

En aquellos eventos en que las entidades estatales deban contratar bienes o servicios de características técnicas uniformes que se encuentren en un acuerdo marco de precios y cuyo valor no exceda del diez por ciento (10%) de la menor cuantía, las entidades deberán realizar la adquisición a través de la Tienda Virtual del Estado Colombiano, siempre que el bien o servicio esté disponible por ese medio.

Las entidades que no se encuentren obligadas a hacer uso del acuerdo marco de precios igualmente podrán utilizar esta figura antes que la selección por mínima cuantía.
