° Créase el cargo de Administrador de la sección segunda del ferrocarril central del Norte, empleado que dependerá directamente del Superintendente de la empresa y cuyo nombramiento se hará por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas de acuerdo con el Superintendente. El Administrador deberá otorgar fianza ante el Superintendente de la empresa por la misma cuantía de la prestada por el último ante la Contraloría, y sus funciones serán determinadas por el Ministerio de acuerdo con la Superintendencia.
