La Empresa de Telecomunicaciones del Huila, Telehuila S.A., ESP en Liquidación, tendrá como órgano de dirección un Liquidador. El Liquidador de la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones del Huila, Telehuila S.A., ESP en Liquidación, será la Fiduciaria La Previsora S.A. quien asumirá sus funciones a partir de la fecha de suscripción del correspondiente contrato.
