Escritura pública. Verificados los requisitos señalados en los artículos anteriores, el notario procederá a extender la escritura pública, la cual contendrá una síntesis de la solicitud y de lo actuado, el acuerdo sobre la custodia y la regulación de visitas, según el caso.
