Notificación. Los actos de que trata el presente Decreto, deberán notificarse a los interesados de conformidad con la normativa vigente. Estos actos deberán comunicarse al Agente de la Procuraduría Delegada para Asuntos Agrarios y Ambientales y a quienes en tiempo hayan presentado alegaciones dentro de los respectivos procedimientos. Adicionalmente, para efectos de garantizar su publicidad, deberá publicarse en la página web del Incoder.
