Los militares. Los agentes de policía y los guardianes, a quienes se ha encomendado la traslación de los condenados o detenidos, o la vigilancia externa de los Establecimientos Carcelarios, o de la custodia de los detenidos que trabajan al aire libre, están autorizados a hacer uso de las armas cuando por carecer de otros medios, sea indispensable para impedir la evasión.
