º Localizada la Colonia y aprobados por el Gobierno los planos y presupuestos, por Decreto separado se nombrará el personal de la Junta de que habla el artículo 3º de la citada Ley 59, así como el de la Sección de Policía para custodia de los reos a que se refiere el artículo 4º de la misma Ley, para que la Colonia principie a funcionar. Comuníquese y publíquese.
