El Inspector de Navegación, el Habilitado y el Secretario Subinspector, se movilizarán en todo el territorio que comprenden las líneas de navegación y podrán permanecer en los barcos o en los sitios donde sea necesaria su presencia, cumpliendo las órdenes que determine el Inspector de Navegación.
