ARTICULO 2 º Adóptanse como legislación permanente las siguientes disposiciones del Decreto legislativo 1198 de 1987: Artículo 1º. Elévase a la condición de delito la contravención descrita en el artículo 64 de la Ley 30 de 1986 y del artículo 65 de la misma ley las cuales serán sancionables con pena de prisión de tres (3) a diez (10) años.
