La interrupción de la prescripción por parte del acreedor, también operará con:
El simple reclamo escrito del trabajador, recibido por el empleador, sobre un derecho o prestación debidamente determinado, interrumpirá la prescripción, pero sólo por un lapso igual.
La reclamación previa contemplada en el artículo 11 de este código.
