Para la toma de decisiones el Fondo de Solidaridad Agropecuaria Fonsa tendrá una Junta Directiva Integrada así:

1.

El Ministro de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, quien la pre­sidirá.

2.

El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su delegado

3.

El director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación o su delegado

4.

Dos representantes de los pequeños productores agropecuarios elegidos por las asociaciones campesinas nacionales. Uno de los cuales debe ser una mujer.

5.

Un representante elegido por las organizaciones de pequeños productores pesqueros.
