Decreto 236 de 2022 · por el cual se modifica el Decreto 617 de 2012 “Por el cual se crea la condecoración medalla al mérito “Luis Carlos Galán Sarmiento” por el aporte en materia de Derechos Humanos, democracia y participación ciudadana”, adicionando el criterio de “seguridad y convivencia ciudadana” y se crea la categoría especial “Gran Medalla Luis Carlos Galán Sarmiento”.
