° Las comisiones fuera del país para empleados del Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior y para los del Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones deberán ser autorizadas por la respectiva junta directiva. Si hay urgencia, el gerente o director podrá autorizar la comisión, informando de ello en la siguiente reunión de la junta para su ratificación.
