Los Jefes de Policía aplicarán las sanciones establecidas en este Decreto, contra las cuales sólo habrá el recurso de queja. Las Juntas de Censo Escolar quedan obligadas a suministrar a los Jefes de Policía los informes necesarios para el cumplimiento de esta obligación, y a vigilar que la cumplan con la mayor eficacia posible.
