El globo de terreno cuyo usufructo se cede, será destinado por la Cooperativa Santander- Militares en Retiro Ltda. "Coosamir", exclusivamente para los campos de deportes del Colegio Cooperativo "General Santander", y para los Centros Comunitarios de la Cooperativa y del Colegio. Una destinación diferente o su no utilización dentro de los 5 años siguientes a la vigencia de esta Ley, dejará sin valor el usufructo autorizado. El vencimiento del término de la Cooperativa, o la suspensión de sus servicios educativos, determinarán la finalización del mismo usufructo.
