En los establecimientos de crédito, compañías de seguros, almacenes generales de depósito, y demás entidades financieras del Estado, que conforme a las leyes estén sometidas a control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, la Contraloría General de la República establecerá sistemas de fiscalización que consulten las necesidades que de acuerdo a su modalidad requieran para alcanzar sus fines sociales.
