Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente Decreto entra en vigencia quince (15) días calendario después de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial, rige hasta el31 de diciembre de 2021 y modifica en lo pertinente el artículo 1 del Decreto 2153 del 26 de diciembre de 2016 o las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan y el artículo 2 del Decreto 1116 del 29 de junio de 2017. Vencido este término, se restablecerán las condiciones previas a la entrada en vigencia de este Decreto.
