º. Recibida la documentación por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial este procederá a su estudio u si la encontrare conforme a las disposiciones vigentes le impartirá su aprobación. Copia de las providencias por las cuales los Tribunales Superiores del Distrito Judicial aprueben el funcionamiento de los Consultorios Jurídicos, deberá enviarse al Ministerio de Justicia, Oficina Asesoria de la Rama Jurisdiccional.
