ARTICULO 83 . Retiro por inasistencia al servicio por mas de diez (10) días sin causa justificada. Los oficiales, suboficiales y personal del nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional, serán retirados en cualquier tiempo del servicio activo, por inasistencia al servicio por más de diez (10) días consecutivos sin causa justificada, o cuando acumulen igual tiempo en un lapso de treinta (30) días calendario, sin perjuicio a la acción penal correspondiente.
