Modificar el numeral 2 del artículo 27 del Decreto 1466 de 2004, el cual quedará así: “2. En una persona jurídica la condición de empresa de practicaje con la de agente marítimo y/o operador de remolcador y/o demás operadores portuarios, a menos que esa actividad sea desarrollada como secundaria o complementaria al proceso productivo de explotación de recursos naturales minero-energéticos. En este caso, dichas personas jurídicas deberán acreditar ante la Autoridad Marítima que realizan la totalidad del citado proceso productivo”.
