Barreto, Gumersindo Buitrago, Máximo Casas, Manuel A. Ramírez, Eliseo Prieto, Campo Elías Gómez y Martín Acosta. Para Conductores entre Manizales y Zarzal, Alejandro Henao y Andrés Quintero. Para Guardas, Jesús Antonio Valencia y Abel Gallego. Para Conductores entre Cali y Popayán, Rafael Chamorro y Víctor Quintana.
