Los Consejos de Administración Municipal harán los nombramientos de su personal de Secretaría, del Personero, Tesorero y Contralor Municipales y de los demás funcionarios para cuya designación los facultan expresamente las leyes. Corresponde al Personero, al Tesorero y al Contralor Municipal hacer los nombramientos de sus subalternos, sujetándose estrictamente a las disposiciones de los acuerdos.
