No se gravará con impuesto, de acuerdo con esta Ley, a las sociedades colectivas; pero los socios de éstas están obligados a pagar el impuesto sobre su participación en la renta líquida de las sociedades colectivas será determinada como lo establece esta Ley para la de cualquier individuo; pero las exenciones concedidas por el artículo 8o. se concederán sólo individualmente a los socios.
