º . Corríjase el inciso 3º del artículo 73 de la Ley 1098 de 2006, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 73. Programa de adopción. Inciso 3º. En la asignación de la familia que realice el Comité de Adopción, se dará prelación a las familias colombianas de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 71 de este Código. El incumplimiento de esta norma dará lugar a las acciones disciplinarias del caso e invalidará la citada asignación".
