Establecida la necesidad de aplicar una medida de seguridad, la autoridad competente, teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza del producto, el tipo de servicio, el hecho que origina la violación de las disposiciones del presente Decreto o la incidencia sobre la salud individual o colectiva, impondrá aquella que considere aplicable al caso.
