Article 9

Serán Funciones Del Secretario Ejecutivo: A) Representar Legalmente A La Secretaría, O Delegar Dicha Representación Con La Aprobación De La Junta Directiva; B) Ejecutar Las Resoluciones Aprobadas Por La Junta Directiva; C) Organizar El Trabajo Interno De La Secretaria; D) Nombrar, Con La Aprobación De La Junta Directiva, El Personal De La Secretaría; E) Tener Voz Pero No Voto En Las Deliberaciones De La Junta Directiva; F) Presentar A La Junta Directiva Los Proyectos Qué Crea Necesaria Para La Buena Marcha De La Secretaría; G) Presentar Anualmente Al Presidente De La República Un Informe Sobre Las Labores Desarrolladas Por La Secretaría

° Serán funciones del Secretario Ejecutivo

a)

Representar legalmente a la Secretaría, o delegar dicha representación con la aprobación de la Junta Directiva;

b)

Ejecutar las Resoluciones aprobadas por la Junta Directiva;

c)

Organizar el trabajo interno de la Secretaria;

d)

Nombrar, con la aprobación de la Junta Directiva, el personal de la Secretaría;

e)

Tener voz pero no voto en las deliberaciones de la Junta Directiva;

f)

Presentar a la Junta Directiva los proyectos qué crea necesaria para la buena marcha de la Secretaría;

g)

Presentar anualmente al Presidente de la República un informe sobre las labores desarrolladas por la Secretaría. IV - FINANCIACIÓN.
