Prestación de servicios por otras Entidades. Cuando la unidad médica de una guarnición militar no esté en capacidad de prestar el servicio requerido el Comandante o Jefe de ésta podrá solicitar los servicios de profesionales o Entidades particulares, previa autorización de la Jefatura de Sanidad de la respectiva Fuerza, hasta por las cuantías fijadas en la escala de tarifas establecidas para el efecto por el Ministerio de Defensa.
