Artículo único. Los Oficiales del Ejército devengarán en todo caso el sueldo que el Presupuesto, asigne al empleo que ejerzan, sea cual fuere el grado que tengan en el Escalafón.

Parágrafo

Queda en estos términos modificado el Decreto número 1014 de 1913 (diciembre 22). Comuníquese y publíquese.
