Integración. La Circunscripción Internacional estará conformada por los colombianos residentes en el exterior, quienes podrán elegir una curul para la Cámara de Representantes. En tal circunscripción, sólo se escrutarán los votos depositados fuera del territorio nacional por ciudadanos residentes en el exterior, previamente inscritos en el censo electoral correspondiente.
