Ley 1264 de 2008 · Por medio de la cual se adopta el Código de Etica de los Técnicos Electricistas y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Practicada la diligencia de descargos, el Comité Disciplinario y de Fomento Educativo o Comité Seccional, según el caso deberá, dentro de un término no superior a quince (15) días hábiles, pronunciarse de fondo sobre el asunto, pudiendo tomar una cualquiera de las siguientes decisiones:

Ordenar el archivo definitivo de las diligencias, por considerar que se encuentra presente ante una cualquiera de las causales eximentes de la responsabilidad de que trata el Código de Procedimiento Penal;

Aplicar en contra del investigado, la correspondiente sanción.
