Artículo. 2.16.5.2.2.1. Pesca comercial industrial. La pesca comercial industrial en aguas jurisdiccionales solo podrá llevarse a cabo con embarcaciones de bandera colombiana, o de bandera extranjera cuando hayan sido contratadas por empresas pesqueras colombianas que descarguen su producción en puerto colombiano en los porcentajes que señale la AUNAP.
