De los quince mil pesos ($ 15,000) de que habla el artículo 1.°, se darán al Empresario cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000) cuando esté en Buenaventura el vapor destinado á dicha navegación; y los diez mil pesos ($ 10,000) restantes de la subvención serán entregados al empresario cuando el vapor empiece á prestar su servicio de navegación.
