En lo no previsto en los presentes Estatutos, se aplicarán a la Empresa las disposiciones del Código de Comercio establecidas para las sociedades de responsabilidad limitada, en cuanto no resulten incompatibles con su naturaleza jurídica de entidad pública descentralizada indirecta del orden nacional.
