Articulo 7º . La empresa de vigilancia privada que aspire establecer sucursales o agencias en cualquier ciudad del país, deberá obtener previamente del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional la licencia correspondiente, tramitada por conducto de los Comandos de los Departamentos de Policía y a través de la Dirección. General de la Institución. Además, reunir los requisitos que se señalan en el articulo anterior.
