Escrutinio General. El escrutinio general se realizará públicamente el día hábil siguiente al de la votación, en el lugar y hora señalados en la convocatoria, por una Comisión Escrutadora integrada por el Director de la Entidad o su delegado y por dos empleados de carrera designados de común acuerdo por los candidatos que participaron en las elecciones. Como Secretario actuará el Jefe del Área de Recursos Humanos o quien haga sus veces. La Comisión escrutará con base en los resultados de las actas de escrutinio. (Decreto 4446 de 2006, artículo 14)
